Mr Oyegue is an administrator, a seasoned and certified Microfinance practitioner with over fifteen (15) years of experience. He is an associate member of The Microfinance Association-UK. Mr. Oyegue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Administration and planning from University of Calabar. He has attended several capacities enhancing courses at Lagos Business School. He is a microfinance expert and has worked in several micro-finance institutions/Banks which includes: Lapo Microfinance Bank LTD and Esosa Multipurples Cooperative Society before he founded Standard Life Organization in 2010.
Mr Omoregbe Nosawema is an administrator and a seasoned Strategist with over ten(10) years of experience. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting, from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, in 2003. He also obtained an “A” grade in the Public Service Administrative Examination of the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) in 2005. Before Joining SLO in 2016, he worked for Stanbic IBTC Bank, where he served in the Personal Banking space. He has attended several trainings in Micro Finance to include: Training of New Managers in Micro Finance by Association of Non-Bank Micro Finance Institution of Nigeria (ANMFIN) and Successory Nigeria Ltd; Managing and Appraising Performance for MFIs, and Influencing and Negotiating Skills with LAPO Institute. Mr Nosawema is currently heading the People Management and administrative Department
Mr Elams is a Microfinance expert with over Twelve (12) years experience. He has worked with several Microfinance institutions/Banks, the most recent of it is LAPO Microfinance Bank where he served as Super Branch Manager, in the Lapo Banking Service for over 7 years. He joined Standard Life Organization in 2015 and he is currently the Head of Operations Department. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Administration from Imo State Polytechnic. The credit activities are directed by the Operations Department.
Mr. Iloh is a professional accountant and a member of the Institute Charted Accountants of Nigeria. Since he joined Standard Life Organization in 2013, he has functioned in various capacities in Finance and Operations Departments. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, with flair for finance. Mr. Patrick has attended various training programmes in Credit Operations, Micro Finance Ratios Analysis, Financial management/Planning at the LAPO Institute and ANMFIN.
Mrs. Okereke is the head, Risk Management/Internal Control Unit in Standard Life Organization. She is a risk analyst and a professional Accountant. She is a member of the Institute Charted Accountants of Nigeria. Before joining Standard Life Organization, she had worked with Gijiuwa Nigeria Ltd as the Risk Manager. She attended Abia State Polytechnic, Aba, where she obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy (2012). She has been trained at the LAPO Institute on Internal Audit and Control and Micro Finance Ratios analysis.
